Cancellation Policy

➤ Booking & Payment All bookings must be made in advance through our website or approved booking channel. Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation from Annara. ➤ Day Pass / Weekly Pass / Monthly Pass Passes are valid only for the selected service and validity period. Unused visits cannot be carried forward after the plan expires. Passes are non-transferable and can be used only by the registered customer. ➤ Cabin Booking Cabin bookings are valid only for the selected date and time slot. Please arrive on time, as late arrival will not extend the booking duration. ➤ Cancellation & Rescheduling Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled booking time. Requests made less than 1 hour before the booking time may not be eligible for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund. Refunds ➤ Booking fees are generally non-refundable once the service time has started or if the customer does not arrive. Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed case by case. ➤ Refundable Security Deposit If a refundable security deposit is collected, it will be returned after the plan/service period, provided there is no damage, misuse, unpaid dues, or violation of workspace rules. ➤Workspace Guidelines Customers are expected to maintain a peaceful work environment, keep the space clean, use facilities responsibly, and respect other members.
