Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Annara Ventures for products and services purchased through our Website, payment links, invoices, or other authorized channels.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of offering:

​A) Professional Services (Website / Consulting / Marketing Services)

For professional services such as website design/development/management, consulting, and similar services:

  • Any advance/booking fee (if applicable) may be non‑refundable once onboarding has started or resources/time have been allocated.

  • If work has started, refunds (if any) will be determined proportionately based on:

    • Work completed and/or time already spent

    • Deliverables already shared

    • Third‑party costs already incurred (e.g., domains, hosting, subscriptions, licenses, tools, software, ad spends), which are typically non‑refundable

  • Refund decisions may require review and confirmation of scope/work logs. 

B) Courses / Programs / Workshops / Training (NO REFUNDS)

  • All payments made towards courses, programs, workshops, and training offerings (including Annara Learning Hub) are non‑refundable.

  • Once a purchase is completed and enrollment/access is granted (including access to digital content, recordings, materials, communities, or session links), no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Inability to attend due to personal schedule

  • Partial participation or non‑completion

  • Lack of usage/access by the customer

  • Device/network issues on the customer’s side

  • Exception: A refund may be considered only in rare cases of duplicate payment for the same order or a confirmed technical error where payment was captured but access was not provided and cannot be resolved.

C) Digital Products / Downloads (if applicable)

Due to the nature of digital goods, digital downloads are non‑refundable once delivered/access is provided, except where there is a verified technical issue from our side and the issue cannot be resolved.

D) Payment Gateway Charges / Taxes

If a refund is approved (where applicable), payment gateway charges or taxes (if any) may be deducted depending on payment method and gateway rules.

How to Request a Refund (where applicable)

Email info@annaraventures.com with:

  • Name and registered email/phone

  • Product/service name

  • Payment details (date, amount, transaction reference/invoice)

  • Reason for request

Processing Timeline

If approved, refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 business days. Final credit time depends on the bank/payment provider.
