Course Description Level 2 – Training the Trainer (TTT) Certification on “Creating a Culture of Accountability” Provided by Lead Smart Consulting in collaboration with Annara World The Level 2 – Training the Trainer (TTT) Certification is designed for participants who have successfully completed the corresponding Level 1 Certificate of Participation/Completion and are ready to develop their capability to facilitate the Creating a Culture of Accountability leadership development program. This certification equips participants with the knowledge, confidence, and practical understanding required to facilitate the approved Lead Smart Consulting training program using authorized training resources and within the established program guidelines. What You Will Learn Through structured coaching and assessment, participants will strengthen their understanding of: • The meaning and importance of accountability, commitment, and ownership • How unclear expectations and responsibilities can create accountability gaps • Effective team accountability and collective ownership • The importance of clear communication, expectations, and hand-offs • Using documented expectations to reduce misunderstandings • Reviewing processes as well as results to improve team effectiveness • Collaborative decision-making and shared responsibility • The principle of “Walk the Talk”—holding yourself and others accountable for commitments Certification Process The Level 2 TTT Certification includes: 1. Three Coaching Sessions Participants attend three one-hour coaching sessions with an assigned Lead Smart Consulting Coach. Sessions may be conducted virtually or onsite. 2. Final Assessment Participants complete a 25-minute final assessment consisting of 10 questions. A minimum score of 80% (8 out of 10 correct answers) is required for certification. 3. Feedback Certified participants complete the online course feedback process to contribute to the continuous improvement of the learning experience. 4. TTT
